How do I know which skincare system is right for me?
We offer tiered systems based on your specific needs. Level 1 covers the basics (wash, scrub, AM and PM moisturizers), Level 2 adds an anti-aging eye cream, and Level 3 includes eye cream and an antioxidant firming serum.
Can I customize the frequency of my subscription deliveries?
Yes, you have full control. While our standard cycle is every 30 days, you can log into your account to skip a month, pause your subscription, or adjust the delivery frequency to fit your usage.
What is your return policy for first-time customers?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your first box, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. Tiege Hanley ships to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
